Following his passion for shamanic practices and plant medicine, Clint founded GroStaff, the world’s first Cannabis HR platform for the Cannabis industry. In October of 2018, Clint was named top 100 Cannabis leaders by Entrepreneur Magazine by creating a new innovative platform to help innovate, sustain, and grow Cannabis companies in an environment where Cannabis is still federally illegal.

From the humble beginnings of working in garage, to working in small studio in San Clemente near the beach, and now having 700 employees and a multitude of offices in Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area, Clint has grown SkillsetGroup into the 5th fastest growing HR Company in the United States ranked by Inc. 500 Magazine in 2018. Clint founded this company with a mission of creating a culture that supports long term retention, both internally, for the community, as well as for his candidates and his customers.

Prior to launching SkillsetGroup, Clint held 10 years of corporate experience in the fields of finance, real estate, and corporate staffing. Clint attended the University of San Diego, where he was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Accountancy and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate, Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance.
